Suggestion regarding Training

The Upazila Statistics Office, Boda, under the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics, conducts various trainings to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all its field level activities. Of these, training on agricultural statistics for collection of agricultural information (training for conducting 23 cluster surveys, training in data collection for 126 major and minor crops, training in value and production survey of major crops, land use and irrigation survey, training on agricultural wages Etc.). Training is also provided on conducting censuses and surveys conducted at different times, training on office management and other related matters for proper management of the office. We know that training is essential for enhancing the efficiency of officers / employees. Training enhances the knowledge, skills of the officers / employees and at the same time improves the quality of work.That is why the government has arranged 60 (sixty) hours of training for one officer / employee per year. Therefore, it is important to have a training system in each department.
